Gimmick: Born to a single mother, Tyler “Ty” Kulina grew up in the low-income area of Albany, NY. As his mother struggled between jobs and dead-end relationships, Ty took on a bunch of odd jobs to take care of his siblings, to the point of dropping out of school. One day when going through his mother’s things, he found out that his father - who he believed dead - was still very much alive, and is likely a pro wrestler. When he confronted his mother with this, she simply waved her hands and told him to find a guy named “Steve” with some contact info. Determined to learn more about his father, Ty visited Steven who ran a wrestling school on Long Island. He said he’d provide Ty with information about his father if he agreed to be trained by him. A born fighter out of necessity from his upbringing, Ty agreed. After several months of training, Steven directed the young fighter to Omega Wrestling Alliance…where his birth father awaits.
After a year of teaming with Taguchi Sena and Emmanuelle as the Dojo Bros, Ty decided that he wouldn't reach the next level of greatness without making a drastic choice: leaving his old family in the dust in exchange for a new one - The Tribunal. Surrounded by the likes of Kenny Drake, JD Damon, Nate Cage, Jason Long, and Aria Jaxon, Ty enters the next stage of his career.
